I drink 8 oz oz of lemon water first thing in the morning to get my metabolism energized. I tried mixing in a scoop of BloodFlow-7 Drink Mix to give the drink an extra kick. What a difference the mix adds to the drink! The flavor and boost it adds to the drink is wonderful! I am sold on this product! I will continue to purchase BloodFlow-7 in the future.
