Could be so much better

I was so thrilled to stumble on your company several weeks ago. This led me to spending three days deciding exactly what I wanted to order. During this time I sent in a question regarding a missing color on one product and never heard anything back. I still went ahead with my order and spent almost $350 which to me is a lot of money for something I feel is a luxury. With that as my feeling I did get a reply maybe a week afterwords and a verification of order email- with a 7-10 day delivery time as a family owned business. I don’t know how busy you are but now it’s been almost 3 weeks since I originally found your website. This could have been handled so much better with a little more enthusiasm for something people really don’t need. Then I really wanted one of those side stands to hold the balls on the side and learned they aren’t being made anymore, again my hopes are high and delivery for this below expectations. I really want your company to succeed and feel you need a Process Improvement Discussion along with a detailed step by step “why we do this or that and how can it be improved?” This is unfortunate since I am still waiting to even touch these. So yes I live in Hawaii- could you not have sent USPS Priority? I would have cost you what $30? Yet I spent a lot for the whole thing. I am sad still awaiting the delivery
