Easy to install, even when it's turned off it doesn't look super artificial. We love the sounds and the little heat it gives off. The instructions weren't very detailed when it came to setting up and pairing the remote (you will need a battery for the remote) but we love the fireplace overall and the upgraded log set is an added bonus.

Love our new fire place. It is so realistic! We have had lots of compliments. So glad we made the purchase.
