I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. The makeup products I ordered arrived damaged, with items broken upon delivery. To make matters worse, the holding spray I purchased did not work at all because the spray bottle was defective. I was forced to purchase my own spray bottle just to use a product I had already paid for. When I contacted customer service expecting assistance, I was met with a condescending response that seemed more focused on blaming me than resolving the issue. Instead of taking responsibility for defective products, they offered poor customer service and made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience. Between the damaged merchandise, defective packaging, and disrespectful customer support, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I will never purchase from this company again and would strongly caution others before spending their money here.
