A joy to use
These rods are high quality. There is, of course, a knack to using them and it took a little while to get the hang of it, but within a short while I was able to produce some really nice looking and extremely tasty busiate. In the past, Italians have even used old umbrella spokes, knitting needles or reeds for doing this – these brass rods are a much classier means of doing the same job. Highly recommended.

Very nice Brass Rods.
Very good quality brass rods. I have made lots of fresh fusili already using the square rod, and they look really great. I haven't yet used the spiral one. I like to cut my sheets of pasta into ribbons on the pasta machine, and then wrap them around the ferretto rod. Once left on the board for a while, they hold their shape very nicely. Recommend these.
