Lively Italian Beans

I have tried many, many different "Italian " beans but none have come close to those I had when had Espresso in Italy. I know some of it the brewing process. But it starts with the Bean. And finally I think I have found. A chocolatey rich slightly fruity. Bean. It fills the mouth with all those rich flavours I fell in love with in Italy. I'm no expert. But I'm super happy with this Bean. And will be back for more.
