Love this item. I use it for courgettes. It really is robust.

If you want to prepare Punterella… they are great!!

The product is perfect (I’m not particularly Italian or from Rome… so I don’t feel the judgement of using a device for punterella… gets through plenty of the stuff and really helps in its prep!!
