Hydrogen Water Pitcher S2

Upon receiving my pitcher I proceeded to plug the charging plug into the receptacle in the handle. The metal receptacle dislodged and retracted into the pitcher handle. I cannot charge or use the pitcher. I do not appreciate dealing with a company that has no telephone support, requiring email instead.
