Came with an obvious defect that is unacceptable for a skirt > $100, then was told I would have to pay for return shipping to get the skirt exchanged. They tried to tell me I got a “free shipping” gift already. It wasn’t a gift nor specific to my order, because free shipping is made available even now when your order hits a certain amount. Not a great first experience and likely my last.
