Received a broken machine, to which I was sent a replacement for the damaged item. Second item received was seemingly fine upon initial inspection, but when I started using it, the zipper cover caught in the rollers and broke. The rope ties at the end kept getting caught. Shame I wasted over $250 on an item I've only used twice and it is already broken.
