HidrateSpark PRO LED Bluetooth Sensor Puck

I ordered a new sensor puck after the one I had for over 6 years would barely hold a charge anymore. I was sent a defective puck that flashes many changing colors while being charged, and it never actually charged. I sent an email with video proof two days after receiving it in the mail. That was over two weeks ago with only an automated response given since then.
