I got like a puncture dent on my bottle, idk what was the cause. But they sent me this bottle without official hard box, only wrap it on a paper and send with cheap, thin cardboard. I mean, come one, you guys a nice big brand, is it so hard and expensive to afford proper box for your customer, not to mention this is my 3rd repeat order. Also, it's 3 weeks for me to get my bottle, because there was no option for premium delivery (like DHL or UPS), even I live in Switzerland. You guys should pay attention to such matter!
