Recently smoked a 20 brisket and a 10 pound pork shoulder at a temperature set point of 180 At the low setting the BFG held a very consistent temperature at 180 across the whole smoker. However after wrapping them and turning the temp up to 225 the right hand side ran a bit higher then the Left. But overall it done an awesome job ! I would say it performed as well if not better than my Yoder 640 does at those temperatures and the Yoder also runs hotter on the RH side. I will be using this pretty much every weekend for slow smoking as everyone is loving the product I have produced with this smoker!

Great product!!
This is by far and above any other pellet grill/smoker that I have ever used. Most pellet grills have hot spots but I have yet to find one on this grill. I’m very happy with th RT-2500-BFG
