Was as expected. Install was easy and it looks very nice. My only suggestion would be to put all the screws in the portal and have the decorative face panels click onto the portal. Def a good purchase and worth the price as is.

I've done a few of the big-box cat doors in the past, specifically in-door ones from the big-box pet shops. This wall-through door is adorable and works perfectly. Install was easy and install instructions were thorough and accurate. Given how reasonable the prices on these doors are, I honestly don't know why anyone would settle for big-box generic doors. Go for it! It's fun!
