We have dogs, cats, kids, and a 320 lb 6'5' person in our house. Medley customer service helped me evaluate our needs and were able to help us get a couch that will work for messes and big people. They were helpful as we tried to stay in our budget and I was able to use the fall sale to buy what we need. Installation was straightforward once the couch was constructed. We are about 2 months into our purchase and so far can say that the couch is comfy for everyone and that the pullout bed is also comfortable. The pullout bed is pretty straightforward to move, but the kids aren't quite strong enough to pull it out themselves. We really like the fact that the back of the couch has a flat surface to hold basics like a remote, a phone, or a cat.
