I wasn't sure what to expect, but this one turned out great. I added some habanero oil to kick up the heat even more. It's the best one I have brewed yet.

The flavor is perfectly balanced with a real kick of heat. Goes great with chocolate cake.

Tasted just a few drops as I kegged this from secondary but seems very nice. Good stout backbone, good chocolate notes and a surprising degree of back heat from the ancho peppers. Very much looking forward to pouring this one after it’s carbonated!
