The insulation really works. It holds the temperature for about 2 days before it starts to rise. I keep mine outside in a shaded area. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I’ve been addicted to my daily cold plunges for months now. I started with one of those cheap plastic inflatable tubs just to make sure this was a new habit I’d stick with. I finally got sick of the little ring around the top of my plastic tub getting deflated and decided to make the investment in a better setup. Got the Ice Barrel 300 and it’s worth every penny. The insulation is amazing and it’s so much more comfortable to sit in. Getting in and out is also a breeze. Was able to connect the chiller from my old system easily. Love my new setup. No regrets.
