Mine worked just fine (that is until both stopped working) and i think if you have ADHD or issues with object permanence and water — this is the best addition to the smart setup. My only complaints for this review were : The response time for issues and the delivery process wasnt clear because the tracking number wasnt being seen my DHL, and at one point said returned to sender but then made it the next day? Anyways, hoping i can get my wife’s working ASAP! Now: well now my sensor is flashing a red WHILE its charging and its at 80%.

Bought two, set up mine and went to set up my wife’s (this one) and the sensor did not work. Ill be waiting for support to get back to me. Its a great addition to the life of someone having issues remembering the existence of your water but the sensor part is key to its use so its iust a pink bottle for now.
