Amazing
Absolutely in love with this couch. It was a big investment, but it is worth every penny. Four months in and I can say that the couch is comfortable and durable. I've had a latex mattress for years and this couch is just as excellent and supportive. The deep cushions are so nice and actually saved me from having to get an ottoman. It's so big that my two cats can sit with me and everyone fits! Great build quality and details. Customer service was super helpful through the whole process and was even able to change my delivery when I moved to a different state! Super. I went with Mahonia pewter fabric and so far it has been resilient against cat puke, just wet vac it off and no stains. Additionally, my cats don't seem to want to scratch the fabric much (my old couch was a disaster), but if they do, the weave is pretty easy to poke back into place. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase and I believe it will last for decades to come. My only worry is the wool batting shifting on the latex inserts, but I think period fluffing should help. Sometimes the couch looks a smidge lumpy, but it doesn't bother me. Medley is making an amazing product and they are true to their advertising. Sustainable and durable, for real. As a fabric nerd, their textile offerings are truly impressive. Give the latex & wool Blumen a try!

Defective couch, broken promises, and bad customer service
I ordered a couch in July and it was delivered in early October. When the white glove service brought it in, it was clear the cushion was noticeably shorter than the frame. Their instructions said to accept the order even if there was an issue and they'd make it right, but that has not been my experience. They acknowledged they sent me a defective couch that never should have been shipped, and they promised to remake the cover to fix what they believe caused the issue. In early October, they said it would ship in 2 weeks. In November, they said by the following week. All the deadlines have now passed, they've shipped nothing. They promised to make the new cover out of the same batch of fabric so there wouldn't be dye lot variations, but I doubt they are sticking to that since they said new fabric came in for new orders and they prioritize new customers over old ones (even though I never got a non-defective version of the couch I paid for). Despite the missed deadlines, I get no updates from the customer service rep, Kevin, unless I reach out first. He also keeps calling me the wrong name in every email, which just emphasizes their lack of attention to detail. This couch was in no way cheap. I paid so much and waited for months thinking I was getting a quality product, but all I got was a defective couch and unresponsive customer service that keeps making promises only to break them. I actually like the look and comfort of the couch otherwise, but the quality control is not good and customer service has been terrible so I can't in good conscience recommend them right now.
