Confetti Cake Jumbo Organic Lip Balm - Limited Edition

It’s okay… kind of boring

This just tastes like vanilla. It’s not bad, but it’s just plain vanilla. Pretty disappointing as I figured it would have some more complexity to the flavor.

Not what I was hoping for

Let me start with saying that I am a lover of Treat and have so many lip balms! I will continue to be a fan of treat and try new flavors but this was NOT it for me, sadly. I must have gotten one from a gritty batch because it’s not smooth and soft like Oatmeal Cream Pie. To me it smells just like birthday cake ( not the lemon buttercream )… old.. malted milk balls. It’s just definitely not what I was imagining. I was thinking it would be so sweet and vanilla and maybe even smell the sprinkles… nope! I would get my money back if I could, but you can’t. Confetti cake and birthday cake ( not the lemon buttercream ) are the only Treat flavors I do not like! My negative review does not change my perspective on Treat Beauty and I will continue to purchase new flavors as they come out!

Not the same as last batch ☹️

Confetti cake was my 2nd favorite of ALL the flavors (I’ve got an absurd amount and have been collecting for over 10 years). Thile last batch of Confetti Cake (with a a different label) was amazing. It smelled and tasted exactly like confetti cake. This one doesn’t. It’s blander, more butter, less scent and flavor, I can not detect ANY of the “sprinkles” that would make it real confetti cake. It’s blah. Tastes like old butter (not buttercream) vanilla. Also, the texture is wayyyyy too mushy and soft. The nourishment isn’t there and it greased up my lips but doesn’t provide the lasting healing and softening. Super disappointed. WHY would you change such a great thing?! I don’t like this new version at all!
