This is a great perfume, exactly what I was looking for. So good that I immediately ordered a second bottle. Somehow, the 2nd order went in twice and I received a third bottle afterwards. I requested that DUA take the 3rd bottle back and refund me and the rep informed me absolutely no returns. I understand. However, I have purchased close to 12 bottles over the years and I did hope DUA would help me out here. Why am I writing this? Because I want to be sure that every customer is aware that DUA does not make any exceptions to the DO NOT RETURN rule.
