Great malt. I used 3% in a clone recipe I have been working on.

Real English Crystal

I have always preferred English ales, so they were the firt brews I tried to duplicate. I was never really satisfied, until someone told me to use English Crystal. It makes all the difference in the world. You just can't make an authentic English beer without the right ingredients IMHO I am very thankful that Northern Brewer carries the Simpsons line of specialty malts. I'd be lost without them
