Excellent flavor!
I’ve been grinding this and adding it in small quantities to naturally leavened bread, replicating the dark maltiness of a porter beer in artisan bread. It’s been a big hit at the farmers market I sell at!

Great chocolate
Used as in a steep and during fermentation, flavor really pops when used with heavy charred park for a week or two.

I actually use this for herbal coffee
Fabulous as usual. Adds nice body and rich undertones, especially when combined with dark roasted crystal malt and barley malt.
