Looks very nice

Love the way it looks. The surface is a bit rougher to the touch than I was expecting. It comes bone dry so we didn't use it until we bought some quality food grade mineral oil. I coated it liberally twice and let it soak in over 12 hours each time. The board dries out quickly after gently hand washing it with gentle dish soap a few times so be prepared to need to oil the wood again after every few washes.

Very happy with my cutting board. The wood is beautiful and it’s very solid. The price was very reasonable and love it’s made in Canada.
