I paid extra for priority shipping. They guarantee 2-3 day arrival with Priority shipping. It took almost a week to arrive making it totally useless because I was ordering it to take on a trip. By the time it came I didn't need it any more. I opened it when it finally arrived and tried it out. It didn't work. It would not charge my phone after being attached to it for 2 minutes. The day it came, I contacted the company telling them I would be returning my purchase.
