I ordered 4 lfp batteries only to find out from OGS that there were no more. Instead of just 'sorry', they offered me a special price on a different set. I took it. A week later, 3 batteries arrived, one was MIA. With almost daily comms from OGS (kudos to Ryan), we confirmed Fedex lost it. A week later, the 4th battery arrived. All 4 nicely packaged. These people are there by email/phone and will do what it takes to help and make it right. Seldom have I seen this level of customer care in my 70 years. A big thanks to OGS.
