Wow

Not only delicious, but what a presentation piece. Easy to cook. place on grill for 5 Min, rotate 1/2 turn, 5 more Min, flip cook with the same rotation schedule. remove wrap in foil and let rest for 10min perfect medium rare. Take to the table and carve. easily feeds 3 to 4 people.
