1st time trying Chico Rice's Brown Milled Rice Flour. I made a loaf of bread using this flour with a small amount of white bread flour added to it. I was amazed at the texture and lightness of each slice I cut. The flavor was not the same as the regular oat bread but this is a different grain as well. I will use it again and I will be trying it in other receipes too.
