Organic Ancient Grain Sourdough Pizza Crust

So convenient and easy!

I just tried the crust for the first time today. I don’t have a pizza stone so I just placed the pizza directly onto the oven rack. It came out great! My husband, daughter and I all loved it.

Great product !!! Wish there was a local(here in Austin Tx) baker doing the same product quality...

I've tried several "healthy" pizza crust products. Even the so called organic ones fail in the simplicity and quality ingredients that make 123 Dough the SUPERIOR PIZZA CRUST in the market. Most pizza crust products available in my local stores use INDUSTRIAL INGREDIENTS of questionable quality and taste like cardboard or tasteless. On the other hand, 123 Dough 's Organic Sourdough Pizza Crust is traditionally simple with Organic wheat, Spring water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil (how many products do you use that include Organic EVOO?), and Sea salt...It cooks great in my Typhur Dome 2 air fryer in the "pizza mode" it comes out crunchy and flavorful regardless of the toppings. GREAT JOB!!! 123 Dough Bakery, as you are in NY state I wish there was a similarly dedicated baker here in Austin Tx.

The pizza crust is delicious. We ordered a steel pizza pan to make it more perfect. Enjoy the pizza sauce as well.
