Orded a 20 cup system. Product arrived as expected, with no items missing or damaged. Installation went as planned using instructions provided. However, the tops started separating from multiple terra-cotta cups after a few days, causing the system to lose pressure. I emailed the company for assistance last week, but have had no response so far. I removed the defective units and I’m continuing to use the remaining items, but I’m super disappointed!

I was easily able to make my own reservoirs from 5 gallon buckets with lids using these bulk heads. My planters with the self made reservoirs are doing just as fantastic as the ones with the 2 1/2 gallon ones sent with their kits
