Everyone needs this knife
I cooked professionally for over 40 years. Now take my home cooking to the next level. Recently decided to upgrade from German knives to Japanese, I feel they generally are better and always more fun to look at. So I have been using the new knives and enjoying them. However I had not found a heavy/sturdy/full tang knife to replace my Zwilling Pro chef knife . I can rock out 10# of bolognese with my fast but not so easy rock chopping. This is the new knife for that. Doing all with a sharper edge and much more style. This knife makes the perfect gift for any cook you would like to introduce to Japanese knifes for all the reasons that I mentioned and it's relatively low maintenance.
