A good replacement for an older Filofax

The design and emphasis of Filfaxes has changed since the 80s, but I was pleased to find the practical approach still holds sway. Liked this one for its hardwearing, waterproof binder and simple pocket layout inside. Rings are large enough to take city maps (many of which are sadly now out of print) as well as note sheets. The free refill is a good idea - more of what you use a lot of.

Contents not as expected

I like the Saffiano Personal Compact. However, I was disappointed to find that the contents were '1 week to view' not the '2 weeks to view' as described. So I've ended up ordering a new diary refill.

Lovely diary

Rings a bit smaller than the one I was replacing but overall good size and excellent quality
