BioLight™ - Full Spectrum Light - E14 (Small Screw)

Very happy with this bulb!

I’ve been using this 3-colour bulb in my bedroom and the difference is night and day. I love that I can cycle through the colours depending on how close I am to sleep. I usually spend time reading my book before bed. It provides plenty of light to see the pages clearly (actually it's quite strong) but I've chosen a good lamp from IKEA (see picture) and I can adjust the intensity. Since making the switch, I’ve noticed I’m falling into a much deeper sleep. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their sleep hygiene! One of the best purchases ever!

Exceptional

I am militant about not using the main light on an evening and this bulb has intensified this because of the gorgeous glow it gives. I already have purchased 2 of these and am ordering more. Do not hesitate to buy!!

I'm so happy I bought this - I only need to use one lamp instead of several. It works great. I use only the day time light and the most orange one.
