Best S.A.D light I tried

I tried several of them over the years and I found this one to be the very best. Its full spectrum mode is very restoring. I use 10% intensity or maximum I’m 25%. I don’t know much about about infra red, but I started recently to add 15 minutes of it at the end of the 15 minutes of full spectrum. What I know it is that it is a pleasure to watch the lamp (when in IR mode). The video doesn’t show the beauty of the red, in the video it is quite pink.
