Traditionale Balsamic Vinegar & Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pairing

I received them as a gift from my neighbor sometime last year. He told me that once I tried it, I would not be able to use anything else. He was right. I loved the flavors of both the oil and the Traditionale Balsamic vinegar. The flavor of the vinegar is incredible. . the subtle sweetness makes the salads taste delicious.

I first purchased oil and vinegar from my local Farmer’s Market and loved everything I bought so I continued to buy new products and loved every one. I have been housebound for weeks due to surgery and my lovely neighbors have brought many dinners over. Last week I ordered oils and vinegars to gift to my neighbors to thank them. There are so many choices, I could choose just the right pairings for their cooking specialty. The recipes are a wonderful addition, too! Thank you for creating such great products!!
