Perfect Replacement

After 14 years of every other day use my original White Top unit stopped working. Glad this was a simple fix . Ordered immediately and received the part ,in less than a week at my door. ,

Disappointing

The lid to the distiller gives the water a very bad smell (that is so strong I don’t dare taste it!) to water that has no smell going in. This is after numerous runs to clean the lid- nothing makes the smell go away. Disappointing because it was a waste of money and I will have to buy a whole new distiller, which I was hoping to avoid.

Damaged

Took a long time to get it. Arrived damaged. Ordered a new machine, whole unit. Took just as long to get here as first order. Wasn't damaged, but I wasted $40 for express shipping and it didn't get here any faster. Hope I don't have to order anything else from them.
