So easy to add to a drink or yoghurt and tastes great! Plus it makes my milk a lot creamier!

The drinks are effective in that they boost my milk output quickly but make sure to also couple that with regular pumping schedule. The drinks also help to supplement my nutrients so well. I can tell because my milk got drastically creamier after drinking the drinks everyday for a week. It would be abit better if the drinks are a bit finer in texture and creamier in taste.
