Ordered open box in February. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I emailed them. They advised upon shipping open box item they found it wasn’t to their quality. They advised they would send me a brand new one as they had a shipment of them coming in March. I received an email mid March that vent had come in and I received it at my house within a week. Since matte carbon, I had it cleared. Quality and fit is perfect. Although I had to contact them initially, their customer service ended up being great and giving me a brand new one at open box price
