Arrived with a flat battery … after reaching out to support with my issue (wasn’t loading)
Support has emailed me to tell me that it has arrived with a flat battery … after watching a few YouTube clips on how to replace the battery I haven’t attempted it as I don’t have the skills required. Pretty disappointed really as it isn’t a cheap item. No other help offered by support via email.

2 not working 1 perfectly working
I love the mini mochi but from the 3 item i buy 2 item is not working which is i feel a little dissapointed even i change the battery it doesnt work. This is my first time ordering an item that doesnt work. But overall they are cute in size.
