Cute but that's all
It's a cute version of a great concept...but the user experience of interacting with it could be improved. It has a beautifully designed cap. Here are the issues I've come across and the improvements I would love to see.
- I have found no way to trigger specific animations, it just randomly cycles through a big list of animations. I would love to one of the same type of animations happen every time I did the same thing - ie. if every time I accelerated, one of the speed-related animations (like the spaceship/warpspeed, or the revs animation could play), or every time lateral g-force was felt from a turn or if the brakes were hit could trigger one of those animations.
- The button controls could be improved, and the button shouldn't be hidden under the helmet. The sound and gyro functions are something I would turn on/off most frequently but that would require me to remove the helmet and click the button a bunch of times everytime I wanted to make a change.
- The velcro mounting path is sooooo strong, way too strong. When I go to remove mochi from my dash, only the helmet comes off because the base stuck to the velcro won't let go. I only use like 1/4 of the total velcro surface area and that is still too much.
Improving these things would make it so much better, and I hope to see them in the future

Cool talking point
It does get alot of attention, others drivers can see it plus passengers fixate on it. The only thing the helmets are missing is a button on the side to flick through the settings rather than having to take them each the time

Nice little passenger
I like it a lot, but how do I get him to sleep mode, so that he activates automatically when I start driving?
