The combs are quite heavy and do not hold, I have thick wavy hair. They just pop out.

No better hair clips around

These are high quality side combs, but are more appropriate for shorter hair. I am keeping them because they will work for me in a pinch. I would say that they would be perfect for really long hair. I have chin length, very thick hair, and so some of the other styles work a bit better for me.
