Fifth Time Still Lucky

This is the fifth online class I have taken from Deanne. I loved all of them and produced rugs that were “wall worthy “, a term we use at our house to decide if a piece of art is good enough to be hung on the wall. Things I learned in this class: 1. I have a surprising amount of neutral wool in my stash. And barely put a dent in it. 2. I enjoyed working on a piece that didn’t have blue in it. 3. It’s ok to try a piece of wool and see that it doesn’t work, and try a different one. Sooner or later, the right one pops up. I chose to do all four pieces in rug punch instead of hooking. Apart from being mirror image of the design, I think they all turned out very well. Thank you, Deanne, for another wonderful class. I’ll be back.
