Yellowing

I spent a lot of money on these towels. The are very absorbent and I loved how white they were. However, after a few washes they are yellowing. I use Tide and put Oxyclean in but it hasn't helped much. Plus it takes me 3x of drying on different cycles to dry completely! I am leary about using bleach bc I read it could do damage to the towels, maybe I'm wrong. Any advice would help!
