The part works great, I ordered a replacement sink faucet. The only complaint is that an incorrect part was sent the first go around. The replacement part took 6-8 days to arrive, I asked for upgraded shipping on the replacement part and was denied because it was too expensive. From a customer perspective, I ordered the correct part.. I think the company that made the picking/shipping mistake should be accountable to get the right part to the right place ASAP, even if it means upgrading shipping.
