Nice upgrade from Fi's collar options

After chatting online with April about the collars and my chief complaint about the Fi collar (it's noisy where the two halves connect) I ordered a pair for my two beasts. Very nice, well made collars and whist it's not completely eliminated the noise (because the collar to Fi transmitter does emit a bit when the dog shakes or scratches), it's reduced it by 95%. I am very happy with the pre-sales customer service, fast order fulfilment, shipping tracking, and overall results.

Great quality products that looks very well-made and the color options are also wonderful. Customer service was great and love supporting a small business.
