I ordered this collar personalized for Laska’s FI collar but apparently ordered the Series 3 when I needed the Series 2 so was disappointed that we could not use it when it arrived. I emailed just to let you know, and did not receive a reply but received the same collar to fit the Series 2 collar! Very nice surprise, and above and beyond customer service

I absolutely love the design. It is really adorable. I love the writing on it and the way they use the two color. I really love my product.
