The hair after wearing it 3-4 times felt like straw, did a deep conditioning treatment on them as well and still didn’t help

The quality is absolutely amazing ! Now I made the mistake of ordering 16” when my hair is already 16” but it gives it extra volume and I don’t mind at all ! Will be ordering the 10” soon !
