I recently strained my hamstring tendon. Tights have provided tremendous support and stability. It boosts my confidence that I can move fluidly and quickly if needed. I am 5’ 4”, 120 pounds and I wear a small in Athleta but medium fit me here perfectly. A small the waist would have been too tight.
