I bought the medium compression shorts based on the size guide. I typically wear medium, but the shorts were so tight it made it hard to breath and applied too much compression to my injured hamstring to the point that it hurt more. I also got the Capri endurance compression tights. Those fit better and help stabilize my injured leg while walking.

Excellent support tights. Really the best

I love these tights. They help my sore hamstrings. My knees are so supported. I play badketball and there is no way I will play anymore without them.
