Sculpt+ Legging

I am 5'3" and weigh between 125–130 lbs. Based on the sizing chart, I thought I might be a small, and I am usually a medium in most brands, but I actually needed a large in both the leggings and bra. I would recommend sizing up, especially if you prefer a more comfortable fit. The customer service has been absolutely unreal. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and patient. They helped me exchange the sizes and worked with all of my timing and shipping requests, which made the process so much easier. Their support really stood out. The products are definitely on the expensive side, but so far, I have had a very positive experience. As for the posture-correcting aspect, I can feel it gently encouraging my shoulders to sit back slightly. Since I have only recently started wearing it, I do notice that my muscles feel more tired as I adjust to the new posture support. I am hopeful that, with consistent use, it will help improve my posture and provide some benefit with my AS.

The fit of these pants are fantastic, and they are so comfortable to wear - both while working out and also just any time I want. The leggings are super supportive as well, which I appreciate.

I utilized Forme when I'm working at the desk for a longer day. I also have found the Forme bra supportive when driving.
